It should be on the caliber of people who within the government. "The apple does fall far from the tree" and in this case so doesn't corruption. It's pitiful to think that the president is not familiar with the sexual exploitation of women within his government. May I just point out that the act was done in his office. For the chief of staff to do such, he must be extremely comfortable with the president and visa-versa. If you want to fight corruption start with the president, his office makes him an accomplice.
