It is about social change, as they've stated he is a symbol for change. What is intrinsically clear is that he is a Nobel Piece Prize winner, thus they are asking for peace. This is the change that they are screaming for. Not necessarily for Dr. ElBaradei. The constitution needs work. It is going to have to be in the hands of the international council to amend such a change. If anything this article is calling for international help to assist them with their progress in a civil manner.
