The motives are good but it doesn't give any value to the Palestinians. These people fight over everything! Everything is so political! why not just dedicate the shrine and tomb in memorable history for both the Palestinians and Israel? Is a peaceful compromise that much labor? If it wasn't the shrine or tomb it would be something else. It's as if fighting is a way of life for them. Someone's political views or freedom of expression is always being infringed upon!
