  1. I have many thoughts so please stay with them.

It is due time for their to be a report that matches the descriptions of what constitute as a violation of the international law. I have said this before, but the only way to fix political issues resides in amending the country's constitution. If there is some type of warfare amongst neighboring groups then it is imperative that the law rules. However the law cannot impede on someone's natural rights, this type of law is in fact lawless, because it brings mayhem amongst its people. If there is difficulty for the country's administration to fix the laws then it is up to the international council to fix it for them. In the end most people are fighting for there civil rights, amending the constitution may be a way for civilians to be provided with that. Destroying 1,400 people in Gaza does not make your law omnipotent. This is a weakness and it doesn't solve the problem. The Goldstone Report is imperative because it brings charges against a civilization that has accepted its downward spiral into becoming a de-civilized country.
