It is because they now know that the issues in the Middle East are no longer being noticed by only the governments in other parts of the world. Students like myself are affected of their treatments. The social, political, and economical issues are now being globalized through the social media networks, therefore the police/government is aware that their actions are being scrutinized by young people in the world who will eventually be leaders.
